Partizan 2018... New toys and Lorries.

Busy...Busy...Busy...

More toys finished for the game...

First off ... Dave has made some lorries...

They started life as a couple of Sloppy Jalopy vehicles...

The finished items.... rather nice...

I have completed the last of my Portuguese infantry...

A few more riflemen...

And some support troops...

Last but by no means least... Some brand new miniatures.

Dave has sculpted some dismounted late war British cavalry...

These will be available fairly soon from North Star Figures

  1. Great stuff, although I never thought you would get around to making the dismounted cavalry and have started my own, this will save me a lot of time now :~)

    1. I could lie and say we did them just for you...

But you know me better and wouldn’t believe me... ;-)

      All the best. Aly

  2. I imagine you have now play tested the scenario with all your lovelies? Can't wait to see the actual demo game in photographs.

Once again, lovely work on the trucks and miniatures. Whilst late war gamers/collectors will welcome the new additions (which are lovely by the way) I hope Dave will one day revisit 1914 and the Belgians. I did managed to commission Mark to sculpt me a three man RN crew for the RR Tourer from 1st Corps as part of my 1914 collection.

    All the best,

    GH

    1. You would like to think we were that organised...
We know what the table looks like , we know what toys we have And Adrian’s going to run the game...
Apart from that we will be winging it as usual.... :-)

We both intend to sculpt a bit more ...but life keeps getting in the way...

      All the best. Aly

    2. Understand completely on life situations. Good luck on Sunday and I'm sure the game will go splendidly.

      Best regards,

  5. Ah...the mysterious figures mentioned on LAF. Super work. The lorries are great. Those Sloppy Jalopy Thornycroft trucks weigh a ton. Don't drop them on your feet.

    1. Yes the very same...

Dave did say that the lorries were somewhat substantial...
