Partizan 2023… And another butterfly.

Greetings…

This weekend is Partizan 2023 weekend… and my birthday… Hurrah!

I will of course be going and as always I intend to spoil myself by buying shiny things I probably don’t need… Hurrah!😁

One of the people who will be putting on a game will be young Master Mark Copplestone with his Mark’s Little Soldiers…

These of course tick all the boxes for me and I know my butterfly will be fluttering madly…

Here is something I painted earlier…



I have no plans at the moment other than I neeeeed! To do something 😁…

Say hi if you see me… I will be in my usual guise as an old Scotsman…😁

    Make sure you leave room in your bag for the Romans, well timed for your birthday too🥳 I shall try very hard to avoid Mr. Copplestones game it could easily be catching🙂

      You can never have too many Romans🙂 It was good to catch up earlier at Partizan, trust they didn't break the camels back your bag was rather heavy.

    Many happy returns on your birthday - I shall be at Partizan and will keep an eye open for an old Scot parting with lots of money - should be easy to spot as such a rare occurrence is bound to draw a crowd... ;o)

    Aly the toy soldier is simply beautiful! There is something about the simple aesthetics of toy soldiers which makes them timeless. I noticed even the boots are very polished and shiny : ) thank you and best wishes - Quinn
